  1. Overview
    At Hyleen.my, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below to understand our process for returns and exchanges.

  1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Timeframe: You may return most items within 7 days of the delivery date. Items returned after 7 days may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. (Tunggu approve puan)
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Exceptions: Certain items, such as sale items, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description or contact us for more information.

  1. Return Process
  • Request: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within working hours (Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm) at contact@hyleen.my or via WhatsApp, 01159220182. Kindly to include following details:
    • the order number,
    • the item(s) you wish to return,
    • the reason for the return.
  • Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and post it to:

    Please do not wrap the original box or plastic with any sealing tape.
    Kindly cover it with something before wrapping it with sealing tape.
    We will not proceed with the exchange if the original box or plastic is damaged by sealing tape.

  1. Refunds and Exchanges
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 7-14 business days to appear on your account.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and specify the new item you would like to receive. We will process your exchange once the returned item is received and inspected.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@hyleen.my with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and issue a replacement or refund.
